Hello With my Aspire One D255E I have te same issue. However when I get back from hibernation I still see the right hand side of the screen, so only the majority on the left is scrambled.
I also found that solution: go into suspend and go back. The screen gets back to normal. Switching screens with ctrl+alt+Fx (x - number 1-7) does not work either.
