tried again with run - packages from download.nvidia com for 9755 and 100.14.03 --> error still occurs. Wil try again with newer kernels 2.6.21 and 2.6.22. If this doesn't help, I'll try to find out how this git-bisect (a friend told me about that before) is working and try to find the change between 2.6.19 and 2.6.20 that's responsible for that. Any other ideas?
