How i got this crash: - was logged as "gnome-classic" with OO i386 - select logout from top menu - let the timer countdown do its job - a greyed empty rectangle box appeared on screen - then a popup warn about this crash
so it seems that the logout have failed, as i never get the lightdm interface and the desktop icons were not removed; but the top panel were lost. Reporting: - let the apport process collect & send info on launchpad - as a side effect i cant write anything from keyboard (lost) but can use the mouse (ps2 with usb adapter) - finally i've had to make a cold reboot, no trouble to login again. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/816493 Title: gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_drag_source_set_icon_gicon() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/816493/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
