It looks like it is already synchronized, but you need to subscribe to
it. You can do this in the ubuntuon-control-panel-gtk application, on
the Folders tab; though I'm not sure why it's not working here. It
should have worked by choosing Synchronize in Nautilus. You can also use
u1sdtool to subscribe to the folder if you prefer. Does that work for
you?
