judging from the binary that caused this fault, /usr/lib/rhythmbox
/rhythmbox-metadata, it seems to me that this happened while indexing
some media file on your harddisk. The stacktrace indicates that this was
some h263 encoded video format. Unfortunately, the nothing reveals more
specific information about what exact media file was causing this crash.
I'm therefore reassigning this to the gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg package for
two reasons: first, it should really make it easier to diagnose such
problems better. Second, this fault could as well be produced by feeding
wrong/bad data into libavformat, which has happend quite often in the
past.
