Public bug reported:

Hello everyone,

I'm using tor 0.2.1.30-1 and vidalia 0.2.10-3 on Ubuntu 11.04
When I try to start to daemon via Vidalia, I expected that tor would works as
habitually. But instead an error occured : tor can't start (and bind) because
address/port are already in use.

I looked for any program that could use it with lsof, top commands but
in vain. It happens since today even after reboot !
