My computer still froze with 2.6.38-11 kernel from proposed. Also the
kernel in testing did not shutdown the computer correctly as I got the
checking disks for errors message when I booted up even though I didn't
notice anything out of the ordinary yesterday. However, it feels like
the 11 (and possibly 10) kernel is slower in booting up compared to 8.
Do you need more information about the 10/11 kernel or can I switch
back to 8 which is stable with my hardware?
