On upgrade: apt-get keept back 2 packages (is this my apt fault?): libunity-2d-private0 and unity-2d-launcher but installed the rest. This resulted a disappeared launcher and panel (the launcher was visible about 5 secs, the panel even not appeared), only the context menu was reachable on the desktop. Upgrading these packages from synaptic and a re-log solved the problem. Now forcing the launcher to bug with some xdotool scripts.
