Well demotion to Universe is now possible as eucalyptus which was pulling it into main has been demoted. However I know that Ubuntu is behind on jython and that the latest version needs antlr3 >= 3.1 - as this is still in main I am reluctant to re-sync antlr3 with Debian so I think this change still makes sense.
