Thank you for using Ubuntu and reporting a bug. Hamster is being ported
to Gnome3 by upstream, but the work is not completed yet. As such, the
applet has been disabled in Oneiric and hamster can be used in
standalone mode. There is also work being done for a hamster indicator.
As your report isn't for a specific bug and the items you mentioned in
your report are already being worked on, I am going to mark this bug as
'Invalid' for now. Thanks again.
