Public bug reported:

About half of the time I try to suspend my machine, it gets about half
way through the suspend process and just hangs. The machine is still
mostly responsive, but applications blocking on networking operations
will lock up, and the machine is obviously stuck in a weird half-
suspended state. During this time I see repeated errors in the logfile
that suggest the problem may be in the ndiswrapper driver:

  kernel: [ 316.840000] unregister_netdevice: waiting for wlan0 to become
free. Usage count = -1
  kernel: [ 327.080000] unregister_netdevice: waiting for wlan0 to become
free. Usage count = -1
  kernel: [ 337.320000] unregister_netdevice: waiting for wlan0 to become
free. Usage count = -1
  kernel: [ 347.564000] unregister_netdevice: waiting for wlan0 to become
free. Usage count = -1
  kernel: [ 357.808000] unregister_netdevice: waiting for wlan0 to become
free. Usage count = -1

(In this case, wlan0 is set up by ndiswrapper)

** Affects: ndiswrapper (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
