This is exactly why it is a misfeature. It does nothing to make the
program itself any better in any measurable way. It is there to satisfy
this odd corner case. And you didn't answer my question exactly. I asked
*why* it matters where they are, not whether or not you like them to be
in a certain place on disk. :)
