If you look at the attached screenshoot, it looks like IPv6 is used even though 
the network-manager setting is set to ignore.
ifconfig show the IPv6 address assigned to the interface and in chrome you can 
see I am looking at the IPv6 version of www.vg.no the chrome extension gives a 
break down of all the IP's that are used to serve that page.
