I found how the bug expresses itself differently with the Classic Desktop. Before, I described the No Effects Desktop. Instead of having to click apply for a new display resolution, and then click restore previous resolution as it is with No Effects. In Classic I have to click apply, and then click the confirmation, instead of the revert in order for the bug to go away. But, there is another problem with Classic. It is that as I log in the whole screen is not only asteroids game style come out one side pop up on the other side tiled as it is with No Effects. But it is also jagged and blurry, with picture taring, unreadable, and in the exact same way the previews for the Screen Saver look in No Effects. Differentially, when I preview, or activate the Screen Saver in Classic it shows normally, unless I click the full screen preview. Then, both the previews of full screen, and the one built into the Screen Saver menu express the bug, until I close the Screen Saver menu, and open it back up again.
