I have finally worked on this yesterday. I have finally remove the
gtk_spin_button_set_numeric (GTK_SPIN_BUTTON (spinner), TRUE); but was
not satisfied because the user can then seize anything into the widget.
So I implemented a gtkentry filter to restrict the seizure to digits,
minus sign, point and comma and also 2 digits after decimal separator.
