Yes, Update Manager by default is taller than 600px, so this needs to be fixed. An ideal default height would be around 570px, because we also have the upper panel. Another solution would be to have the update-manager size based on monitor size by default, given as percentage, e.g. it should occupy 90% of the screen's height and 30% of the screen's width, but have a maximum size, like 500x570.
