It's totally insane the number of kernel panic I'm getting on that computer !!
This time it happened when trying to unmount an external hd. I doubt it's related to the previous KP, but why not post it here... :'( 12 years I use Linux, never so that many kernel panic in the last 2 months. Funny point : I bought the exact same computer for my wife and installed the same kubuntu distribution on it, and it rolls without any problem (though, I use a lot more different applications, but same kernel and no ecryptsfs..). ** Attachment added: "Kernel panic 2.6.39-0, reiserfs ?" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/816387/+attachment/2246952/+files/kernel_panic_12_ecryptfs.jpg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/816387 Title: ecryptfs kernel panic when rebooting/shutdown To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/816387/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
