The gconftool-2 commands don't work anymore. The launcher is always
hides automatically. Is there another solution for this?
I will set this bug as duplicate of bug #728054 because I think it fits
more to this problem. It is kind of obvious that compiz settings don't
affect unity2d since it doesn't use compiz. Please feel free to revert
back this change if you don't agree.
