I am one of the contributers of apt-offline. I would just like to inform that the package apt-offline (Ubuntu) is wrongly mapped to http://launchpad.net/apt-offline
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-offline is mapped to https://launchpad.net/apt-offline and apt-offline is developed in alioth. https://alioth.debian.org/projects/apt-offline/ the apt-offline project in launchpad is a separate project(with same goals) which was just registered and never used.
