Public bug reported:
Open-gram is the pinyin database of many Sunpinyin based input methods.
It just support 9834 Chinese chars, but ibus-pinyin can input 28630 Chinese
chars.
According to China national standard GB18030(include the same Chinese
chars with ISO10646/unicode ), open-gram should all of these Chnese
chars.
