Public bug reported:
During an test installation of Oneiric dated 2011-08-02 it was noticed
that the top paned during the installation was barely visible. It
almost looks to be cut off or sitting too high on the display.
Maybe this is similar to what happened in Natty, where the panel
indicator ABI's need a bump?
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download Oneiric AMD64 Desktop .iso
2) Burn image to installer media
3) Begin installation by selecting 'install ubuntu' from the main menu.
Expected results:
I should be able to see the panel
Actual results:
The panel appears to be cut off. It is barely visible and I cannot make out
any of the icons in the panel (if they are there).
