Hi Brad,
since this is a highly productive system, we will not run a tool like
apport-collect on these production machines.
Additionally, we have patched the most up-to-date ubuntu hardy kernel
source package and installed the abovementioned patch from the vanilla
upstream kernel to fix the problem and ensure stability of our
fileserver.
