I use ubuntu natty.
The permissions are:
drwxr-xr-x 20 fain182 fain182 4096 2011-08-03 13:20 share
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 2011-05-02 12:13 applications
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 159 2011-05-02 12:13 mimeapps.list
But I never changed it, I don't know why are in this way..
Even if is a my problem, don't you think that if setting the
applications fails there should be an error dialog instead of silent
failing?
