I was trying to run msgmerge and the following was returned:
en_GB.po:2797: end-of-line within string
en_GB.po:2797:3: invalid control sequence
en_GB.po:2804: end-of-line within string
en_GB.po:2804:3: invalid control sequence
msgmerge: found 4 fatal errors
running msgfmt essentially returns the same result.
.po was downloaded directly from Rosetta. No changes were done to the file
before running msgmerge
