-opening pcmanfm -right-click a file eg jpg -selecting "Open with" in context menu -selecting tab "Custom Command Line" -clicking "Browse" button 2. the behavior you expected, and I expect a browser window popping up to "browse" for an application 3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
