I am unable to accept the EULA. I have tried various methods. This does go a bit over my head, but I am fairly certain that my system does not lock. I have three hours of up time after closing the EULA and no other problems. This only occurred after I shut down and restarted. Let me know if you would like me to run the reproduction steps or if you need any further information.
