Public bug reported:

Version: 0.14.0
Distro: (X)Ubuntu 11.04

hi, when i try to play clips and audio (e.g. songs or voices) the clip's
playback is two times fast and the audio is muted, i've tried to set the audio
to 32 bit to make it match with the song, but it doesn't work.
i'm on xfce4, maybe some gnome-depends bug?
the output that seems related to the bug is:

** (pitivi:2889): CRITICAL **: gst_audio_buffer_clip: assertion
`segment->format == GST_FORMAT_TIME || segment->format ==
GST_FORMAT_DEFAULT' failed

** Affects: pitivi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
