ok. i'm having the same issue. i'm trying to "clean" my system because
a problem with scrollkeeper. after i've uninstalled a lot of orphaned
packages i'm getting this error.
at this point it seems related to something with locales or an automatix
installed software.
if i've managed to find more info i'll put it here.
