Thank you for attaching the output. It seems that the issue from the progress
dialog is caused by aptdaemon not handling locale settings the way
update-manager does it, so I am reassigning this to aptdaemon, as
update-manager's main interface (the main window) is in English, as you said
that it should be, but aptdaemon and policykit dialogs are partially translated
to Dutch (and they should be in English, but should use numeric, date, time,
etc formats from nl_NL locale).
