The crash obviously only occurs when there is an authentication request and pw not immediately or fast enough inserted. Since #4 there no authentication request and no crash. Just now ran update-manager, where it displayed authentication request to install updates, insert pwd and it crasht. While writing here it spins and obviously updates, stating then it's updated.
