** Summary changed:

- Minimizing a maximized QT app leaves nothing in focus
+ Minimizing a maximized non-gtk app leaves nothing in focus

** Description changed:

I tried with every gtk+ app but did not happen. This only happens with
- QT apps, tried Kdenlive and qbittorrent.
+ non-gtk apps, tried Kdenlive and qbittorrent and thunderbird.

  TEST CASE:
  1. Open any application e.g. terminal and maximize it.
  2. Now opena QT application(qbittorrent for example) and Maximize.
  3. Minimize qbittorrent

  WHAT HAPPENS:
no app is shown as 'in focus' in the menu bar.

  WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
minimizing qbittorrent should give focus to the app behind it, in this case
chromium, there should be no need to click in the chromium window to get it to
focus
