This is a regression, it happened after a scrolling fix in nux a few
weeks ago IIRC

Steps to reproduce this issue:
- 1) Open gwibber lens and try to search something
- 2) wait a couple of seconds to get some results
- 3) after you have got some results try to scroll with your mouse for instance
to the last message .. you will be moved to the top of the results again and
again and again.
+ 1. Open applications place
+ 2. click on the "Installed" expander so that we have a scrollbar visible.
+ 3. scroll with the mouse scroller or drag the scrollbar down

+ WHAT HAPPENS:
+ the scrollbar automatically goes up as soon as you scroll it down
+
+ WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
+ It should not scroll up automatically causing alot of annoyance.
