This error appears to be because you have some remnants of the old
2.6.38 kernel installed, without the corresponding old headers. So bcmwl
is failing to build for those old kernels which you're probably not even
using.

Please run this command and attach the output to this bug:
   dpkg -l linux-\* | grep 2.6
Once done, please change the Status back to New.  Thanks in advance...
