In system-config-printer the notifications for socket, ipp, http and smb URI 
have once been removed but they have been reinstated with a different text now: 
"Document `%s' has finished printing on `%s'." has been changed to "Document 
`%s' has been sent to `%s' for printing." See upstream bug: 
https://fedorahosted.org/system-config-printer/ticket/181
This is available since system-config-printer 1.1.90, so lucid or higher should 
be ok.
Therefore I'm closing this bug report.
