I can confirm the issue is solved when I apply a patch from Alex Volkov
(see previous post) a Ubuntu kernel 2.6.38-11 :

So, this issue is not related to udev, but it is a kernel bug.
This issue affects Pinnacle PCTV 110i and 310i.
