Public bug reported: Install of google-chrome fail because dependencies are not satisfied using brazilian mirrors.
To install chrome the file http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/nspr/libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb is searched, but return a 404 error. I browse the mirror directory and see that the correct filename is libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb I solve the problem changing the settings to use main repository. Other packages installation is working. After a fresh install I update the system without any problems but cant install chrome. I am using Ubuntu 11.04. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: brasil brazil mirror -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/824052 Title: Cannot install google-chrome because brazilian repository is broken To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/824052/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
