Public bug reported:

Install of google-chrome fail because dependencies are not satisfied
using brazilian mirrors.

To install chrome the file
http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/nspr/libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
is searched, but return a 404 error.

I browse the mirror directory and see that the correct filename is
libnspr4-0d_4.8.7-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb

I solve the problem changing the settings to use main repository.

Other packages installation is working. After a fresh install I update
the system without any problems but cant install chrome.

I am using Ubuntu 11.04.
