I'm not sure how to deal with this...
I suppose if/once iceweasel is configured to use the gnuzilla plugin finder by 
default, and may also accept some other icecat privacy features, there will be 
little incentive to package icecat for debian.  Yet for Ubuntu the issue 
persists.

How could a Firefox-based browser, that is not only free software but
also respects the users freedom in it's behavior enter Ubuntu?
