My Ubuntu version is 6.10 edgy 2. Bandwithd version is 2.0.1 3. Error Message : Firts, the error comes up when I tried to install bandwithd with sudo sudo dpkg -i SARGE-bandwidthd_2.0.1_i386.deb and it returns : (Reading database ... 129275 files and directories currently installed.) So, I tried to remove the bandwithd, I thought if I remove it first, it might install well with the updated version, so I run sudo dpkg -r bandwithd, and it returns : dpkg - warning: ignoring request to remove bandwithd which isn't installed. Now the bandwithd is still hanging around inside my ubuntu, and I can't use it or remove it. I need the bandwithd to monitor my internet connection. -- bandwithd crashes on starting https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/111165 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
