There is no installed package that provides the file

$ dpkg -S /opt/gutenprint/cups/lib/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.0
dpkg: /opt/gutenprint/cups/lib/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.0 not found.
The file /opt/gutenprint/cups/lib/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.0 does not even
exist on my system:
$ ls -l /opt/gutenprint/cups/lib/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.0
ls: /opt/gutenprint/cups/lib/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.0: No such file or
directory
Looking at your printingbuginfo is see you have installed this package that
does not exist in Ubuntu or Debian:
ii gutenprint 5.0.0.99.1-3 Gutenprint - Top Quality Printer Drivers
Did you create this package yourself?
Please remove this package, Ubuntu Feisty has cupsys-driver-gutenprint
5.0.0.99.1-0ubuntu2 included.
