Public bug reported:

When qtiplot ist started (and even after it's closed again) it blocks
the unity dash (see screenshot). This means, if you press the super-key,
the unity dash starts, but in background and can't be brought into
focus. The ubuntu logo in the left upper corner sinks as normal.
