Tried to upgrade
language-pack-gnome-nl{b} language-pack-kde-nl{b} language-pack-nl{b}
Removed all of them, then tried to reinstall:
$ LANG=C aptitude install language-pack-gnome-nl language-pack-kde-nl
language-pack-nl
