The version number is not relevant here. There is nothing interesting
in the Debian ia32-libs package that warrants merging the new Debian
version; on the contrary, ia32-libs should be going away soon in both
Debian and Ubuntu, but it will probably go away at a different pace in
each which means that merging newer versions would just cause more
problems. Closing this bug as wontfix.
