There are other build failures, but this particular one was fixed in
Natty:
collectd (4.10.1-2.1ubuntu1) natty; urgency=low
* fix-detection-libiptc-1.4.10.dpatch: fix detection of libiptc 1.4.10. This
fixes a FTBFS.
