Are you sure you're using Natty? Your bug report says
"InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release Candidate
amd64 (20100928)", and I thought that I'd fixed this bug in console-
setup 1.56 which is in Natty. See bug 533003.
