Najmudin, regarding the IF function, quotes are required in Excel for your 
example as per:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/if-HP005209118.aspx

OOo and LO keep compatibility with Excel by also requiring this. Hence,
this is not a bug. Thank you for reporting this and feel free to report
