Public bug reported: The Gnome panels in Feisty seem to jump around and change when enabling and disabling Desktop Effects. Frustratingly, the applets then get loaded on the panel in places where they become hard to move.

I didn't put them there. They moved there by themselves during a series of disturbing crashes last night. Also note that the "Desktop selection" applet is on the right side of the Trash Icon in the lower panel.
