Public bug reported:
This is similar to bug #331984 and others but in this case Firefox hangs (just
the tab being used) and doesn't report anything.
Using Firefox 3.6.18 on an up to date Ubuntu 10.10, when accessing
www.virginmedia.com and signing in you are redirected to
https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index where it hangs.
SeaMonkey 2.0.11 when accessing virgin media reports "Invalid Digital
Certificate" and gives you the option of proceeding anyway.
This is repeatable and I would expect Firefox to report the cause of the
problem and give the option to proceed with an invalid certificate.
I have reported the Digital Certificate error to Virgin media who
weren't really interested. The operative said I get something like that
on Windows and IE9 but I just clicked OK to proceed!!!
