Public bug reported:
in the gnome file browser, I double click on a .spx file, totem opens up
but the resulting sound is "all messed up". it sounds like it is
playing super fast or skipping around or something. if I run speexdec
on the .spx file, totem plays the resulting .wav just fine.
file feynman4.spx reports that the file is type:
feynman4.spx: Ogg data, Speex audio
