I think it would be great to be able to choose transparency instead of a
specific color for background, free memory and cpu-status 'idle' in the
miltiload GNOME applet. Setting a background color similar to the one
used for the panel is no suitable workaround since at least in some
themes (like Ambience) color gradients are used.

I'm using gnome-applets 2.32.1.1-0ubuntu5 on Ubuntu 11.04 with Gnome
2.32.1
