Hello,
In the literatur of UBUNTU I found the following information : According to this bug report(or feature request), all OSSsupport in Maverick Meerkat (10.10) was removed. This means that a lotof programs which are included in the base Ubuntu install do not work out of the box – and may never work if they are not updated. For some odd reason, this removal of OSS did not make it into the release notesfor Ubuntu 10.10. Do you think : may be I used OSS and now it is removed, I use ALSA in 'Sound recorder' software??? Thank you for a reply Tedj ________________________________ De : Timothy Mayoh <[email protected]> À : [email protected] Envoyé le : Jeudi 18 Août 2011 23h18 Objet : [Bug 828931] Re: No sound in impress file Does sound work correctly in other applications on your computer? ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/828931 Title: No sound in impress file Status in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: I created a sound file (ogg extension) with 'sound recorder', after loading it in an impress file, there is no sound when 'slide show' is carried out.
